2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
When you visit the website, the server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, HTTP status code, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability (e.g. to fend off attacks).
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website. IP addresses are stored for no more than seven days and are then deleted or anonymised. This data is not combined with other data sources.
3. Language cookie
We store a single cookie (ogf_lang) in your browser containing the language you selected or that was detected from your browser settings (German/English), so the site is shown in the same language on your next visit. The cookie contains no identifier that could be used to identify you, is not shared with third parties and expires after one year at the latest.
Storing it is strictly necessary to display the website in your language as requested (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG), so no consent is required. You can delete the cookie in your browser at any time.
4. Fonts
All fonts are served directly from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other external server is made.
5. Contact via email
If you email us, we process your email address and the information in your message in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Emails are processed on our host's servers (see section 2). We delete your data once your request has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Simply contact us at the email address above.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (www.ldi.nrw.de).
8. No obligation to provide data, no automated decisions
You are not obliged to provide us with personal data; however, the website cannot be delivered without the technical data listed in section 2. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
